Welcome to Kopa. These terms govern your use of meetkopa.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the products you order can lawfully be shipped to your address.

Our products

Kopa sells hemp-derived CBD topical cosmetics for external use only. Our products contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC and are broad-spectrum (THC-free).

These products are cosmetics, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication, talk to your doctor before using any new topical product.

Individual experience varies. We make no representations about results.

Use the products as labeled

Always follow the directions and warnings printed on the product label. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Product information and accuracy

We work to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but we don't warrant that everything on this site is error-free or current. Colors may appear differently on your screen than in person.

We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and update product information at any time without notice.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. You're responsible for any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

We may remove any content at our discretion.

Don't use this site to break the law, infringe on anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site's operation, or resell our products without authorization.

Disclaimer of warranties

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
